2. Appointments
Sessions may be booked through our online scheduling system.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.
Late arrivals may shorten the length of your session to respect the next booking.
Sessions are non-refundable once completed.
3. Products (Gift Boxes and Digital Tools)
All sales are final, as items are hand-curated and often personalized.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital tools, templates, and resources are delivered electronically and may not be refunded once accessed.
